It's been 48 hours after the trade deadline has passed and during that time every season it's always revealed which deals have been blocked by the players discussed. It's clear that the Bruins were trying to shop Bruins goalie Linus Ullmark.

Several pundits including former NHL goalie Kevin Weekes and Frank Seravalli revealed that one team in particular were attempting to land the former Vezina winner who happened to be the Los Angeles Kings.

More information broke on Saturday night as Elliotte Freidman told the viewers of Saturday Headlines even more information.

"And as we all know now, there was a team that was on his no-trade list, which he did not waive to, which is his right. That is his contractual right. However, I think there's also a second part to this. I do believe the Bruins as well had conversations with some teams that he cannot block a trade to. And obviously, those teams did not occur, but I think in a couple of cases, they were punted into the offseason. So, I think this is going to be something that's going to pick up again after the season. But right now, the sense of, the Bruins obviously couldn't get anything done, and we're in a situation where we're gonna see where this goes after the season is over."

The Bruins are facing a goalie conundrum as they have several that are eligible for waivers and others looking for significant pay raises. As Ullmark is the older goalie and still holds one year on his deal at 5 million per season, He holds significant value.

I would expect a move to happen in the summer as the Bruins now have shown the interest in moving him.
