Former Bruins forward Blake Wheeler missed the last 41 games of the season with the Rangers and made his return last game but was only on the ice for 9 minutes.
Wheeler was absent from morning skate ahead of game 6 meaning his injury has ramped back up and Jimmy Vesey is still out after taking a dirty hit earlier in the series.
