Vancouver Canucks fans react to Jake DeBrusk's rough first appearance
Former Boston Bruins forward Jake Debrusk made his first media appearance for the Vancouver Canucks and fans aren't too pleased.
Heading into this years offseason, there were strong rumors that the Boston Bruins were not going to re-sign DeBrusk as he was wanting too much AAV.
General manager Don Sweeney did state that they took a very active approach in trying to work out a deal with the 27-year-old forward, but it was clear to the Bruins quickly that he was going to test his value in the open market in free agency.
He finally got his big pay day as the Vancouver Canucks signed him to a 7-year deal worth $5.5 million AAV.
The first photo at media day of Jake DeBrusk with the Vancouver Canucks has been posted on social media and it is a rough look to say the least to see him in another jersey.
