Chicago Blackhawks superstar is currently in the hot seat after endorsing controversial company to be one of their new main faces.
When it comes to rising stars in the NHL, there is no bigger name than Blackhawks Connor Bedard who blew everyone away in his first season in the NHL last year as he looks to get his second going.
Bedard has been making headlines over the last day or so as he has signed an exclusive deal with the company Fanatics which now officially gives them the rights to sell his memorabilia.

, giving them the rights to "officially licensed memorabilia and collectibles including authentic jerseys, pucks, sticks, photos" and game-used equipment from the NHL and beyond.
While this makes sense since Fanatics are the new sponsors for NHL Jersey starting this season, they has been a lot of reports regarding the company's ethics and quality of product which is the reason for the backlash.
Nonetheless, this a huge move for both Fanatics and Bedard as this deal will likely go on for years as Bedard is set to be the next face of the NHL for years to come.
With Fanatics now branding NHL uniforms, the pact with Connor Bedard marks a major milestone for both the company and its young star. Bedard will become the first-ever exclusive athlete to sign on-ice jerseys manufactured by Fanatics. It's a significant moment that merges the company's presence on the ice with its influence off the ice, enhancing the connection between fans and their favorite players.
