The four players, including Flyers goaltender Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dube, and Cal Foote, have been instructed to surrender to the Ontario police as the investigation progresses to its next phase.
While the accusations remain unproven, the Ontario Police are scheduled to hold a press conference on Feb. 5 to provide updates to the media and public on the continuing investigation.
As the investigation moves forward, the attorneys representing all four players have chosen not to issue any statements or engage with the media.
