A question that consistently captivates fans is 'Who is the league's most overrated player?' and this year's poll was no exception.
The 'Other' category topped the results with 26.73%, representing a diverse group of more than 25 players each receiving at least one vote.
In the poll, Anaheim Ducks' forward Trevor Zegras ranked second with 12.87% of the votes. He was followed by Edmonton Oilers' defenseman Darnell Nurse with 7.92%. Tying for the fourth spot were Matthew Tkachuk from the Florida Panthers and Jason Robertson from the Dallas Stars, each garnering 6.93%.
It's somewhat unexpected to find Matthew Tkachuk and Jason Robertson ranked so prominently in the players' vote. Despite their performance not quite matching their 2022-23 levels, they maintain more than a point-per-game, making it somewhat startling to see their peers regard them as overrated.
