The Seattle Kraken took on the Calgary Flames last night, winning the game 4-2.

In the last 5 minutes of the game, Vince Dunn took a D to D pass behind his own net and was facing the boards when he received the puck. The Flames' Martin Pospisil decided to go make a hit clearly seeing that Dunn had his back turned toward him and dangerously hit Dunn into the boards head first.

Just outright dangerous and should lead to a suspension. Even worse, it wasn't his first bad hit of the game.

Fans took to social media to criticize the hit claiming it was dangerous and to top that, Pospisil had made other dangerous hits earlier in the game. Additionally, Kraken head coach Dave Hakstol called the hit garbage and said that he should have answered the bell afterwards but refused to.

"You're gonna run around like that, you probably need to answer when somebody comes at you and that didn't happen either. From there, I'll leave it to the league."

Pospisil will likely have a hearing in front of player safety and will end up getting suspended.
