Oilers superstar Leon Draisaitl has had a lot of rumors surrounding his this season as he enters the final year of his deal.
The Oilers just ended up coming short of a Stanley Cup this season losing in game 7, which means both Edmonton and Draisaitl likely want to keep this team together for another chance at the cup.
According to insider Frank Seravalli, the two parties are quite far away when talking of Draisaitl's AAV for his new contract.
The Chances that the Oilers let Draisaitl go are slim since him and McDavid together are one of the best duos the NHL has ever seen meaning the Oilers will do everything they can to keep them both.
