Former Boston Bruin forward Taylor Hall has return to the ice for the Chicago Blackhawks. Taylor hall last played on November 19 as on November 23, it was announced that Taylor Hall would require surgery for a knee injury that he suffered and would miss the remainder of the season. Taylor Hall was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks last June due to salary cap implications. Also, Defenseman Connor Murphy return to ice after suffering a groin injury.

Throughout the year, the Blackhawks have suffered several injuries and have relied on call ups to fill roster spots, so this is positive news for the Blackhawks just to get them back on the ice. Taylor Hall was traded for by the Blackhawks in part to mentor Connor Bedard but Taylor Hall will only play 10 games this year. For the year Hall finished with 2 goals, 2 assists for 4 points. Hopefully next year, Taylor Hall can stay healthy and help turn the franchise around.
