Veteran NHL goalie officially announces retirement

Former Hurricanes goaltender and NHL veteran Antti Raanta officially announced today that he would be calling it a career.
Raanta has been a solid career back up goalie in thhe NHL playing for multiple teams including the Blackhawks, Hurricanes and Rangers.
After not being able to secure a contract this summer, Raanta has announced he will be turning his sights towards Europe as he is not done playing hockey just yet.

This NHL veteran will likely be able to pick any league he wants in Europe as he is a proven NHL goaltender and clearly still has a lot to offer the game of hockey.
