The Alleged "drunk" driver who struck and killed Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew on Thursday appeared in court yesterday and showed absolutely no remorse about his actions.

43-year-old Sean Higgins appeared in court as the judged explained that they will be holding him until Thursday September 5th due to their right to hold him for a period of 72-hours. Because of the weekend and a holiday on Monday September 2nd, the time actually gets extended longer than normal, which Higgins was not happy about and showed it clearly with his expressions.

Per the New York Post, Higgins reportedly sat back in his chair and let out a big sigh when he was told the news..

"So..I'm here until Thursday?" Higgins reportedly asked the judge.

It is not confirmed yet if Higgins was legally "drunk", but at the crime scene he told the police officers that he consumed 5-6 beers that evening.

"According to ABC6 and NBC10 in Philadelphia, Sean Higgins, the driver who police say was the one who hit Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, allegedly told police that he consumed "5-6 beers" before the crash. #CBJ" Scheig said.
