This new lawsuit is similar to what has been seen in the past as Ryann Masterson is going after the NCAA for not allowing player that played in the Canadian Hockey League to go to the NCAA.

Masterson named 10 schools specifically in the lawsuit Boston College, Boston University, Stonehill, Quinnipiac, Denver, Notre Dame, Niagara, Canisius, Rochester Institute of Technology, and St. Thomas.

The 10 schools named are Boston College, Boston University, Stonehill, Quinnipiac, Denver, Notre Dame, Niagara, Canisius, Rochester Institute of Technology, and St. Thomas.

Masterson played for the Spitfires in the OHL but has not announced why he chose to name those 10 schools in his lawsuit.
