With the win streak coming to an end, many people in management were not happy. Here's what Coach Montgomery had to say.
Montgomery: "The game management at the end of the game was not good. That's what cost us the game."
Said the defenseman (Lindholm) should not have been pinching on Carolina's winning goal.
Montgomery added
"The defensemen should not be pinching there. It's 2-2, there's a shot on net and we need to make sure we keep people in front of us."
Hampus Lindholm, playing with the Boston Bruins, has experienced an up-and-down season. In 46 games, he's contributed 1 goal and 16 assists, totaling 17 points. His performance is highlighted by a 12+ rating this season.
Let's hope this isn't a sign of things to come with game management!
