Bruins captain Brad Marchand sat down with reporters to speak on the Bruins season and where their heads are at heading into the playoffs.
Marchand told the reporter that the team is very proud of their season and having clinched another playoff berth. He added that there is 8 games left and they will have to play well to head into the playoffs with some momentum to avoid the same situation as last year.
"We did a great job of accomplishing that first goal," Marchand told reporters on Friday, per team-provided video. "Now, eight games left, we need to continue to climb and fine-tune our game so that we are prepared come playoff time." -Marchand
The Bruins have some tough matchups in their last games of the season which will be a good test to find out where they are stand before the playoffs.
The Bruins face the red hot Capitals tonight at 7 P.M.
