So far in Swayman career, he has a 2.35 GAA and .919 save percentage. This year, he has a 2.58 GAA and a .916 save percentage. Most teams would love to have a goaltender with these numbers as their starter and Swayman has been perceived as the backup as he was the back up for 6 of the 7 games in last year's playoffs.
