Bruins set to take on the Flyers in final week of the pre season
The Boston Bruins take on the Philadelphia Flyers tonight as they begin the last week of the pre season following a 3-2 loss on Saturday night.
Both teams have now made their first round of roster cuts after the Bruins cut 19 players two days ago while the Flyers made a much cut by only sending 8 players down to the AHL.
The Bruins will also get their first look at Flyers top goaltender prospect Alexei Kolosov who is set to make his pre season debut tonight after finally taking care of his contract issues.
As the pre season narrows down, the Bruins now have some big decisions to make regarding goaltenders which did they did not see coming this summer since everyone thought Jeremy Swayman would be signed by now.
Also Elias Lindholm will not be in the lineup tonight but he has begun practice with a regular jersey meaning fans will likely get to see hi in a pre season game in this final week.
