The Boston Bruins have been trying a number of new combinations when it comes to lines and pairing throughout training camp so far.

The Bruins take on the New York Rangers tonight as they look for revenge after losing their first pre season game of the season to them on Sunday night.

The roster has been announced and fans were quick to notice that Pavel Zacha, David Pastrnak and Matt Poitras were all playing. These three players have been playing together quite a bit through training camp and fans are hoping they will get to see them on a line together tonight.

There's a chance we see Pastrnak-Poitras-Zacha tn. They've been skating together in camp w/Lindholm on the mend #NHLBruins

At morning skate prior to the game tonight the three skated together on the first line which almost guarantees they will be playing together against the Rangers.

AM lines:

Zacha-Poitras-Pastrnak
Harrison-Geekie-Duran
Koepke-Johnson-Kastelic
Kuntar-Farinacci-McLaughlin

Zadorov-McAvoy
Wotherspoon-Bavaro
Callahan-Mitchell
Millman-Mast

Bussi
DiPietro
Kaskisuo

If things workout, this line could be the Bruins new first line heading into the season which could be one of the best lines in hockey if they are all playing at the top of their game.

Fans have been vocal online about their excitement for this new line as they believe it can be a game changer for the Bruins this season.

Congratulations to Matt Poitras on making team, despite some «media» thinking he had a 50/50 shot at best. Fing morons
