Former Bruins Jake DeBrusk shines in first game with new team
The Boston Bruins made a ton of moves this off-season but the biggest loss came from second line winger Jake DeBrusk who signed with the Vancouver Canucks.
The Bruins decide not to extend DeBrusk's contract all season which forced him to go look elsewhere this off season which ended up being one of the bigger contracts of free agency as he signed in Vancouver.
DeBrusk took part in his first pre season game with his new team yesterday as the Canucks took on Calgary Flames in which Vancouver win 4-3. The game winning goal actually came from from the former Bruins winger who buried the puck with a few minutes left in overtime.

Despite Bruins fans not being very happy with DeBrusk's game over the last few seasons, Canucks fans seem over the moon with their newest winger and feel like him and Pettersson will be great together.
Seeing DeBrusk look good with his new team has some Bruins fan wishing him the best while others continue to have no faith in his game.
