David Pastrnak is at the center of a major announcement by the NHL Network
With the NHL season just around the corner, it is that time of the year again for the NHL Network to releases their rankings of the leagues best NHL players by position.
Boston Bruins star, David Pastrnak was announced as the leagues 4th best wingers in the 'Top 20 Wingers in the NHL' rankings. Some say he deserves to be higher, but regardless, he is undoubtably a top forward that showcases why he is a superstar every night.
In 82 games last season for the Bruins, he put up 47 goals and 63 assists for a whopping 110 points, he continued this success to lead his home country of Czechia to a gold medal at this years IIHF World Championships.
It is funny that people are saying he had a "down year" in the goal department because he didn't surpass the 50 goal marker again, but the fact people can scrutinize a player for getting over 100 points and 3 goals shy of 50 is insane. The year prior he had 61, which is an anomaly in the state of this NHL, but e no doubt can get 60 again, he is that good.
