Former Boston Bruins goalie signs new contract
Former Boston Bruins goalie Keith Kinkaid has announced he signed a contract with the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League and affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes.
Early in the offseason, Kinkaid singed a PTO (professional tryout) with the New York Islanders. The trout was unfortunately short lives as he was cut yesterday from the roster. At least there is some good news as he has earned another contract with the Hurricanes.

At 35-years-old, the former Bruins spent the entire past season with the Chicago Wolves. He achieved a less than average 8-14-2 record, with a .880 save percentage (SV%), and a 3.54 goals-against average (GAA).
As a member of the Boston Bruins,= in the 2022-2023 season where he only He made one appearance for the big club, where he recorded the win and only let in one goal. Unfortunately for him, the spent the rest of the season with the Providence Bruins of the AHL, where he has an 8-7-4 record, a .909 SV%, and a 3.10 GAA in 20 starts.
