The Boston Bruins have lost 4 of 5 and three straight after the All-Star Break, however Head Coach Jim Montgomery is still optimistic about his team. The Bruins are still one of the best teams in the league and they completely dominated the game against the Seattle Kraken, no matter what the score said. The Bruins carried the play in the game, but as Montgomery states, they just couldn't finish.
Happy with a lot of parts of our game, we aren't getting the results right now. Sometimes you go through that during the season. We have to stick together, keep working and keep grinding. It's going to take some sandpaper goals, to get us going.
This shows it's not a gloom and doom, the Bruins know they have taken and are performing at a high level. Sometimes you get bounces and sometimes during a season you don't. The Bruins are in an unlucky stretch but are too talented for it to keep up. They have some tough tests ahead but are home for the next few games and have a shot to turn it right around Saturday against the Las Angeles Kings.
