Ilya Samsonov calls out and threatens Linus Ullmark with very explicit remarks
Former Toronto Maple Leafs goalie, Ilya Samsonov sends a threat to New Ottawa Senators goalie, Linus Ullmark on social media about their upcoming matchups this season.
This past Stanley Cup Playoffs, The Boston Bruins and Ullmark ended up besting the Maple Leafs in a 7-game series which Samsonov clearly has not let go of. Something about that series sparked some emotion and he now he is gunning for Ullmark.
When Linus Ullmark was namked the leagues 10th best goalie, Samsonov took real exception where he commented on the post saying some uncalled for explicit remarks.
To be honest, not sure what sparked this kind of behavior from Samsonov because Ullmark only appeared in one game in the 1st round of the playoffs, but clearly there is bad blood between the two. Regardless, mark your calenders for November 21st, because there will be fireworks to be had.
