Jeremy Swayman finally opens up about his current contract issues

The Bruins and goaltender Jeremy Swayman have yet to finalize a deal for a contract extension which has fans worrying.

Swayman took part in the Boston Triathlon this weekend and answered some questions from reporters regarding his current situation. He said that he understands it is a business at the end of the day and that he knows he will be playing hockey but he truly hopes it is with the Bruins.

Clearly Swayman wants to stay in Boston but it is up to the Bruins to figure out a way to make some room in their cap salary so that they can re-sign him at a reasonable price.
