Jim Montgomery call outs the Boston Bruins for poor performance
The Boston Bruins are now 1-2 in their 3 preseason games, and head coach Jim Montgomery is not happy with how his team performed, especially in game 3 against the New York Rangers.
The Bruins faced of the Rangers last night (September 26th), and got off to a sluggish start, and did not finish well wither as they lost 4-2. The team and fans alike were especially disappointed with their highly anticipated newcomer, Nikita Zadorov.
Jim Montgomery spoke to the media after the game to give his take on how the game went and when the interview asked if he felt the team was sluggish, this is what he had to say:
He did not call out anyone directly but you can tell from his answers and body language that he was disappointed in the way the team responded, especially after losing the first game to the rangers just a few nights before.
After budding goalie prospect Brandon Bussi had a less than stellar game in his first full game, reporters asked him how he felt about his performance and if he had trouble tracking pucks.
