The Bruins have multiple defenseman set to be leaving the team as of July 1st and it looks like they have found at least 1 replacement.
Jets blueliner Brenden Dillion in set to become a UFA and would be a great addition to the Bruins D-core. Dillion is 33 years old but is 6'4 and a solid stay at home defenseman that the Bruins could use.
Defensively, Dillon is a physical presence. Listed at 6-foot-4 and 220 pounds, Dillon dished out the 11th-most hits in the NHL this season (241), and he was fourth on the Jets with a plus-20 rating
Dillion finished last season with 241 hits which was 11th most across the NHL, this would be prefect for the Bruins as they are looking to get tougher for next season. They would also be able to sign him for under $3 million which would be a great cap hit.
