The rumor mill has been flying for a while now about if Linus Ullmark will still be wearing the Black and Gold this upcoming season. But what if the Bruins decided to trade Swayman instead of Ullmark?
Per Dupont of the Boston Globe, he reports that instead of following the original plan of signing Swayman to a long-term deal, the Bruins could extend Ullamark and trade Swayman.
Ullmark is a much more proven netminder and has also won the Vezina Trophy in the 2022-2023 season as the leagues most valuable goaltender.

With that being said, it is all about the return, and as it stands right now, the Bruins can get a much larger return for Ullmark than Swayman for those exact reason stated above.
