Stauffer confirms that Milan Lucic is looking to sign a PTO with the New Jersey Devils

Oilers Insider and radio commentator Bob Stauffer made a big announcement tonight regarding Milan Lucic's future in the NHL.

According to Stauffer, Lucic will be signing a PTO with the Devils as NHL training camps are around the corner.

The NHL has yet to reinstate Lucic since he left to his off-ice issues last season but if this PTO ends up going through, there is a high likelihood he will be reinstated.

After new details regarding Lucic's situation have come out over the summer, some fans have been vocal online on the fact that Lucic should not be allowed back in the NHL.
