Update: Accused drunk driver who took the life of Johnny Gaudreau was back in court today

The accused drunk driver who struck and killed Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau on August 30th appeared in court again this morning to discuss the conditions of the trial and 2 counts of vehicular homicide he is facing.
43-year-old Sean Higgins looked visibly different as he sported a new thick goatee and a new uniform (orange jumpsuit) while the judge addressed the charges and pre-trial conditions. But just minutes into the meeting, the hearing was postponed as he is set to face the music again on September 13th.
<>Higgins is currently facing two charges of death by auto after authorities say he admitted to cops that he drank "5-6 beers" before the accident.
Higgins did not have the same reaction as the first hearing when he found out he will be forced to stay behind bars until his next hearing on the 13th.
