Smith said live on air that the team still plans on going by the Utah Hockey Club next season but have narrowed their nickname down to 4 including the Mammoth and Yeti.
Utah Hockey Club owner Ryan Smith was an impromptu guest on the
@PatMcAfeeShow
today. While on the show he said they've narrowed the team nickname down to four names, specifically naming the 'Mammoth' and 'Yeti' as two of the four frontrunners.
Since Smith mentioned these 2 out of the 4, there is a good chance the team name ends up being one of these.
