Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand gives honest opinion on Jeremy Swayman
After the drama that is surrounding Jeremy Swayman and the Boston Bruins, captain Brad Marchand has finally broken his silence and gave his honest opinion on the matter.
When a messy contract negotiation like this occurs, it is normal procedure for members of the media to approach veterans and leaders on the team to get their thoughts, but Brad Marchand is not too concerned with what is going on.
Brad Marchand comments on Jeremy Swayman
Marchand did comment and say that he feels confident a deal will get done and everybody is going to move on and there should be no lasting effects afterwards.
He went on further to say that the team cares a lot about Swayman and they all want to see him back regardless of the standstill and mess he is in with the negotiations.
It seems by Marchand's comments there is no spill over onto the team which is great news as everyone understands that this is a business and everyone should fight for what they think they are worth.
