MUST SEE: Bruins prospect scores an incredible goal

Earlier in the season, Merkulov had a four-game trial with the Bruins in a third and fourth line role. That being said, in the AHL, Merkulov is a point-per-game player and has been one of the most productive players. He is a top prospect for the Bruins.
Merkulov scored a spectacular goal against the Cleveland Monsters.

Georgii Merkulov, No. 10 in black, dekes around a defender and pulls it through the crease for his 21st-goal of the season. Meekulov continues to be an integral cog in the well-oiled machine that is his line with Lysell.
He may not be the fastest player in the NHL, but Merkulov could have a significant impact in the league. If the Bruins lose a key player in the top 6, we wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the NHL.
