Nikita Zadorov physicality is back in full swing in first game with the Bruins

The Boston Bruins have just concluded facing off against the New York Rangers for their third preseason game. Although the result is not what they wanted, it was the first time fans got see new big defensemen Nikita Zadorov.
The Bruins unfortunately lost by a big margin losing 5-2, but their were some big positives that were highlighted through out the game. In Zadorov's first game, there was definitely some rust that needed to be shaken off as he did not look the sharpest to start the game. He let a big turnover at his own blue line that led to a Othmann goal on Brandon Bussi to make it 1-0.
3-1 NYR end of 1. Not a great period for Boston.
- Bussi's rebound control needs improvement
- Zadorov looks rusty
- Poitras looks good between Pasta and Zacha
With all the rust, Zadorov did not forget how to use that big 6 foot 6 frame as he had a couple major hits and that had Bruins fans on their feet. He hammered Rangers forward Victor Mancini in the corner with a blindside hit.

It will be a a lot fun to see him in full action in the regular season as he has taken over as the Bruins new "Big Z".
